Asia Giuliani
Asia is a doctoral researcher in the Reparative Futures of Education programme at University of Oxford. She is the founding director of Global Routes Project. With fifteen years of experience as a primary teacher and school leader, Asia is an experienced educator, with a passion to improve education. She holds an MA in Culture, Diaspora, and Ethnicity with Linguistics and Art History from Birkbeck, University of London. Her research explores research creation and through photo walks, enabling children to engage with local and global ways of knowing across past, present, and future. She is particularly interested in how children participate in the production, sharing, and valuing of knowledge within their education.

Arzhia Habibi
Dr Arzhia Habibi works across inter-faith, pastoral care, and intercultural educational practice, with extensive experience and expertise in community practice: collaborating with and leading diverse groups and young people to curate spaces of belonging, justice, and spirituality. She completed her PhD in Education from the University of Oxford and draws on her research in Global Citizenship Education in China, with fluency in Mandarin, to support individuals and groups to foster an identity and world-embracing vision which is locally rooted, globally sensitive, and critically conscious. She combines her research in intercultural communication with training from Oxford Brookes University in Systemic Family Therapy (2025-2026), which centres anti-oppressive and relational practice with families and groups.
Ploipailin Flynn
Ploi is a researcher and strategist focused on building racially equitable and anti-racist business technologies.
She is the co-founder of AIxDesign and
an Associate Lecturer at UAL: Central Saint Martins in London.
Khali Ackford
Khali studied photography at Plymouth College of Art. He is co-founder of Identity Series; a project which celebrates his Caribbean heritage and gives minoritised communities a positive reflection of themselves. As a member of collective Ko Lab, he has photographed events at a range of established venues. He has captured demonstrations and exhibited widely, for example with Martin Parr Foundation. He has carried out school workshops both in person and online.
